If you sign up for Fused early, the team will order your broadband to be delivered on your move-in date or the day after. This is why it's important to tell us if your move-in date is different from your tenancy start date when you sign up.
Virgin Media broadband:
Virgin Media routers will be delivered to your address within 14 days of your order being processed. You'll hear from us if you need an engineer appointment.
Sky:
Your Sky router will be delivered within 14 working days of your order being processed. All Sky Broadband orders need an engineer appointment, so the team will be in touch with an appointment.
Note:
You might get your router before your engineer appointment date. And you'll always get it in time for your tenancy start date. If you sign up after your tenancy has started, we'll get it to you ASAP.
Important info: Once your router has arrived, you might still need a broadband engineer appointment. You'll get the earliest available engineer appointments from our broadband partners, but if there's high demand the earliest available appointment might not be for a couple of weeks.
BT:
All BT Broadband orders will need an engineer appointment.
We need 3 available dates 2 weeks after BT is ordered.
