Sky Broadband
You’ll always need an engineer to activate Sky Broadband lines at your property. Someone over the age of 18 must be at the property during the appointment.
The engineer might not need access to your property, so you might not even see them. They won't know this until the day of your appointment when they look at the telephone exchange cabinet that's connected to your address.
If the engineer needs access to your address and there's nobody 18 or older to let them in, there's a missed appointment charge of £120.
Tracking information for your router delivery will appear on your Fused dashboard when your equipment is on its way to you. You'll also get a text and an email!
Sky TV

Someone over the age of 18 must be at home during the engineer appointment.
Your engineer will bring your TV equipment with them.
Access requirements:
If the engineer will need access codes to get to your property, or if there's anything else that might stop them easily installing your Sky TV, please let us know ASAP so there's no delay in installing your broadband.
