How much water is included in my monthly payment?

If your address has a water meter:

You'll  be charged based on what your water supplier thinks you'll use.

If you signed up after 1st July 2026: You could get money back, or an extra charge, at the end of your contract if you used under or over this estimate

If your address doesn't have a water meter:

You'll be charged based on your address' "rateable value".
