How do I top up my pre-payment meter?
You'll need to top up your prepayment meter to keep your energy supply going until an engineer switches you to a credit meter.
You'll get a full refund for every top up, so make sure you get a receipt/proof of purchase every time.
If you have a traditional pre-payment meter, you can top up:

At your local paypoint

At your local post office
If you have a smart pre-payment meter you can top up:

Online or via an app.
To top up in a Paypoint store or Post Office:

Take your meter card or key to the paypoint.

You should have received a key in the post from your supplier. If not, get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Take a picture of the receipt and upload to your dashboard for a full refund within 3-5 working days.
