Where is my water meter?

Most water providers will take your reading for you every 6 months.

The majority of water meters are usually hard to gain access to and are outdoors. Most water providers will aim to take readings every 6 months on your behalf.

If you have an internal water meter, you’ll need to send us your readings. You can do this by making a note/or taking a picture of the reading on your meter and dropping it over to us via email to support@fusedbills.co.uk or uploading it to your online account from your dashboard.
