What broadband speeds can I get? Can I get full-fibre broadband?

There are a range of speeds available, depending on what you need. And that includes full-fibre broadband from Virgin Media!

Generally speaking, the more people in your house, and the more devices you want to connect, the more bandwidth you'll need to make sure everybody can stay online uninterrupted.

What kind of broadband can I get?

FTTP fibre broadband (Fibre to the Property)is the fastest type available. In this version, the fibre network cables link directly to your property, and get data to you as fast as possible.

SoGEA (Single Order Generic Ethernet Access) is a Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) connection. It's different from a standard FTTC connection, thanks to improved technology that supports Wi-Fi 6, a better standard of Wi-Fi connection. SoGEA offers a fibre broadband connection without using the landline at your address, offering fast broadband, but not quite as fast as FTTP.
