Do I need to do anything when I move in?

You have one quick job on move-in day - add your meter readings to your Fused dashboard!

 

  1. Add your energy meter readings to your Fused customer dashboard
    1. If you have gas and electricity you'll need to send us readings for your gas meter and electricity meter. 
    2. Here's a guide on how to read your energy meters that might be useful if you're not sure where to start.
  2. Send us water meter readings (if you have a water meter)
    1. Your letting agent will know whether you have one if you're not sure.

If you set up with us more than two weeks before your move-in day, you shouldn't need to do anything else! If you signed up last minute, the Fused team could still be doing some behind-the-scenes admin like account setup or broadband setup!
