      What is a letter of authority (LOA)?

      To make sure you don't get letters from your suppliers (and they come to us instead) you and your housemates need to sign a letter of authority.

      Check your inbox for an email from Hello Sign.

      In that email there's a prewritten letter for you to sign that gives us the authority to handle the bills in your name.
