What do I do if I’ve missed my broadband delivery?

DPD will attempt to make your delivery the next day.

DPD will send you an SMS on the day of delivery to let you know when they’re 15 mins away, so hopefully, you’ll be in the loop and this won’t happen. A tracking link is also available by logging into your Fused dashboard. 

If you do miss the delivery, DPD will try again the next day. They’ll also leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a new delivery slot or arrange a pick-up nearby.
