My broadband signal doesn't reach every room, what do I do?

Sometimes the layout of your house can affect the signal, try putting your router in the center of your home. If this doesn't work, try a broadband booster.

It's easy to accidentally block your broadband from reaching every room of your home, so this is the first thing you should check.

Make sure your router is as central in your home as you can get it. This is especially important if you live in a bigger place, which is more likely to have dead zones or blind spots. A central location means your router can broadcast the WiFi signal equally to more areas of your home.

The signal range of your broadband connection can also be affected by the layout of your house, certain appliances or even tiles!

Broadband boosters

A broadband booster retransmits the broadband signal to boost the reach of your router.

You can get these from any electronics retailer, and lots of places online and they're an affordable way to solve your broadband issues. Fused broadband partners aren't able to offer them at the moment
