I've received a price change email and I have questions about it

The government's energy regulator, Ofgem, updates the price of the Standard Variable Tariff every three months, which also changes the prices for Fused customers.

Prices for all UK energy customers on a variable tariff, regardless of their supplier, change every three months at the moment because the Ofgem Energy Price Cap also changes that often.

You'll always get 30 day's notice from Fused if your pricing will change.
