If you miss a manned installation (e.g. an engineer appointment) give us a call straight away. We’ll arrange another appointment, but there might be a delay as we’ll have to find a new slot where the engineer is free.
Appointments can only be made Monday-Friday and someone will need to be at your property to let the engineer in.
Over the busy summer periods, this delay can be up to 3 weeks. If you missed an engineer appointment there could be a charge from our internet provider partners, which will be charged to you. So…try not to miss your appointment!
