What happens if someone else on my package misses a payment?
If other bill payers miss their payment, it triggers the joint and several liability clause in your package T&Cs.
We will try to collect the payment from that person first and contact them about the amount owed. If they still do not pay, the missed amount may be split equally between the other housemates. We will let you know before asking you to pay. Find out more about Joint and Several Liability.
