I've received a letter to my property from a utility supplier, what should I do?

This is normal when you first move in. If any bills or letters from services we manage for you turn up, let us know by uploading a picture of the letter/bill to your dashboard or email to support@fusedbills.co.uk

We will contact the supplier to change your contact details to Fused so we can manage everything for you from your package start date. 

Important: Don’t pay any bills that you receive to your property between the start and end dates of your Fused package.
