How do I access water bills support with Fused?
The team will work with you to apply social tariffs or other support available from your water supplier to your bills package.
Water suppliers manage their own individual support applications, so there are some additional steps to apply the support to your package when it’s granted.
Apply for support from your water supplier
- Follow your suppliers’ process to apply for the support you need with your water bills.
Upload your written confirmation
- When you have an email, letter or other written confirmation of a successful support application, upload it to your Fused dashboard.
- A photo, scan or screengrab is fine, as long as all of the details are visible!
- The team will apply the reduction to your account, and your monthly payment will be reduced.
